Bao
Tielei was born in Ruian, Zhejiang in 1963. He has been successively studied in
the Department of Chinese painting of China Central Academy of Fine Arts, the

National Academy of painting, landscape research class. Now he is the director
of the Calligraphy and Painting Society of the old cadres of the Ministry of
